R-50-3A自動(dòng)鎖釘機(jī)

主要功能&特征

1.伺服馬達(dá)鎖釘，扭力和轉(zhuǎn)速可按要求精準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)；

2.鎖釘精準(zhǔn)：機(jī)器共可鎖3顆螺絲，鎖螺絲前，可用跟模固定好鞋子，避免鞋子晃動(dòng)、螺絲打不準(zhǔn)； 

3.自動(dòng)分釘：螺絲釘可自動(dòng)分釘、下釘、鎖釘；

4.節(jié)省人工：鞋子不用預(yù)先打孔，可直接鎖跟，根據(jù)產(chǎn)量可節(jié)省1-2個(gè)工人；

5.節(jié)省材料：不易爆跟，大大減少了鞋跟的浪費(fèi)；

6.節(jié)省耗材：人工鎖跟鉆頭很容易損壞，機(jī)器帶有保護(hù)鉆頭的功能；

7.鎖跟更牢固：機(jī)器使用氣缸力度將螺絲釘旋轉(zhuǎn)鎖入鞋跟，氣缸的壓力和扭力均可調(diào)整，也可根據(jù)鞋 跟的大小來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)打釘頭的傾斜度，鎖跟牢固度更高；

8.操作簡(jiǎn)單：可關(guān)閉任一螺絲，鎖螺絲的順序也可根據(jù)需要來(lái)設(shè)定；

9.降低操作者工作強(qiáng)度：機(jī)器操作簡(jiǎn)單，調(diào)整便捷，低噪音，極大地降低了工作強(qiáng)度； 

10.可選裝置：可同時(shí)使用2種不同長(zhǎng)度的螺絲釘。

Main Functions&Features

1.Screw fixing by servo motors,while its torsion & speed can be sdjusted precisely according to the request. 

2.Precise Screw Fixing: The machine can lock 3 screws in total. Before locking the screws, the shoes can be fixed with the mold to avoid the shoes shaking and the screws being inaccurate; 

3.Automatic Screw Feeding/Dispatchng:With the screw loader,the screw can be automatically dispatched,feed and fixed in the heel;

4.Saving Labors:No need to punch holes on insole,can directly put screws in the heel,based on the output,can save1-2 workers; 

5.Saving Materials:With this machine,heel break is much less comparing to manual m/c,thus no waste of heels; 

6.Saving Consumption Material:The m/c is with screw driver protecying system,while with manual m/c,the screw driver is easily/frequently broken;

7.More Stable Heel Fixing:The m/c is turning the screw in the heel by one cylinder,while its pressure and torsion can both be adjusted.The head inlination can be adjusted based on different heel size too;thus the screw can be more stably fixed on the heel; 

8.Easy Operation:Can close any screw you want,and the screw sequence can also be set based on request; 

9.DecreasingtheOperator's Workload:Easy operation,convenient adjustment,low noise,greatly decreased the operator's workload;

10.Opltional:Use 2 different size screws simultaneously.
